Please join me and The Pvd Bike Jam for this intergenerational bike ride in homage to 450 million years of horseshoe crabs.

*We ride (again! still!) in support of Rep. Jennifer Stewart's bill for "Peace and Remembrance Day" #RENAMEVICTORYDAY

*We raise funds for the vital environmental justice work of The People's Port Authority

*We destabilize colonized notions of time, land, debt and ancestry

*We peddle, dance, eat popsicles and sing Crabaoke

WANT TO HELP BUILD PUPPETS/ COSTUMES/ BANNERS/ FLAGS?

And/or want to PERFORM, HOLD or INSTALL an organism, meteor shower, mass extinction or other milestone evolutionary event on the route? Want to paint a banner in my driveway or take materials and do it at your leisure (by Aug. 8).

Do you already have a bumble bee costume? Want to loan someone your shark head? We are also collecting visually spectacular pre-human creations that other modern humans in the community at large may have already created?? (volcanoes? jungles? wolves?) Let us know on the form linked above.

Over the next few months, we will create and gather as much of the last 450 million years as is in keeping with holiday joy and humble human fortitude. Our measly crafts will be in service of all of us attempting to grok horseshoe crab survival and 450 million years by scaling that amount of time to our 8ish mile ride.
